Subject: - Quotation for hiring Taxi on daily basis

The Ministry of Small Scale Industries Office of the Development Commissioner (SSI) intends to hire Taxi Indica, Indigo, Ambassador, Esteem (AC/Non-AC)  on daily basis   to meet its day-today requirements on the following terms and conditions:-

 The vehicles are to be engaged on per KM/full day basis depending upon the requirements (Ambassador Cars are preferred).
 Interested parties can send their quotations with complete details about the number of vehicles available and other facilities extended by them.  It may be noted that the duty point would be Nirman Bhawan or any other place intimated from time to time and the mileage and time would be calculated accordingly.
In case the firm is already providing the vehicles on hire basis to any other Ministry /Department of the Central Government, details thereof may also be furnished along with the quotations.  The rates quoted should be valid for a period of one year initially which can be extended on mutual agreement.

Sealed quotations, duly marked as “Quotations for TAXI” and addressed to the undersigned may be deposited in   box   placed in Information Facility Centre, Ground Floor near Gate No. 4  not later than 3.00 p.m. on 28/ 2/2007 .  Quotation received after stipulated date  and time shall not be entertained.  The quotations will be opened on the same day i.e. 28/2/2007  at 3.30 pm. in Room No. 733-A Wing, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi in the presence of the tenderers  or their representatives who may like to be present.

You are requested to be present at the time of opening of quotations. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject all or any tender without assigning any reason thereof. Quotation notice is also available on our website www.smallindustyindia.com or laghu-udyog.com
