Subject: -Quotation for Computer, Resograph and Fax Machine Consumables for the year 2007-08

1. The sealed quotations from authorized dealers addressed to the undersigned may be dropped in the box kept exclusively for this purpose at Information Facility Centre near Gate No. 4 , Nirman Bhawan up to 03:00 PM on 15.03.07.  The quotations will be opened on the same day i.e. 15.03.07 at 3:30 PM in Room No. 733, A-Wing, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi.  You or your representative may remain present at the time of opening of quotations.

2. Quotations received after stipulated time and date will not be accepted.  This office reserves the right to select or reject any quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever and also reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of items.

The outer cover of quotation should be superscribed “QUOTATION FOR COMPUTER, RESOGRAPH AND FAX MACHINE CONSUMABLES”.

4. Supply of items will be on the basis of written orders only.

5. The successful supplier will have to give bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) in advance as security deposit. In case of violation of the terms and conditions of the contract security deposited will be forfeited.

6. The financial status and past experience of the firm may also be indicated separately:

1. Income Tax clearance/Income Tax certificate with balance sheet for the last three years.
2. Service tax registration and service tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
3. C.S.T./Tax No.
4. Registration certificate of the firm.
5. Previous experience
6. nnual turn over of the firm

7. Ordered material is to be supplied at Nirman Bhawan as and when required.Interested firms/suppliers may send their quotations with above mentioned documents along with a Demand Draft (Refundable) of any Nationalized Bank of   Rs. 1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Office, office of the Development Commissioner (Small Scale Industries), Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi.
