Notice Inviting Sealed Tenders

of President of India, Development Commissioner (MSME)
Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises invites
sealed tenders/ quotations from reputed printers for printing
and supply of 4000 posters in A3 size on the 170 GSM Imported
MAT Paper and 15,000 brochures in A4 size paper on 170
GSM Imported MAT Paper (except cover page of the brochure).
The cover page of the brochure shall be on 300 GSM Imported
MAT Paper

Terms and conditions

| 1. |
The quotations shall specifically mention printing cost,
paper cost, delivery time, terms and conditions with respect
to payment and other information. Specimen copy of posters/brochures
may be seen or obtained from MA Division, O/o the DC (MSME)

| 2. |
The participating bidders will be required
to furnish an undertaking for execution of job in time with
tender
|
| 3. |
Fax, telephone no. & complete address
and other relevant contact details must be provided with
tender..

| 4. |
The printer shall also
submit documentary proof showing execution of work of
similar nature with any Govt. Ministry/ Department/PSU
etc.

| 5. |
The interested printers may drop sealed quotations
in a box provided at the IFC of this office in ground floor.

| Note |
The estimated
cost of the printing is around Rs.1.00 lakh and tenders
will be accepted from 26th December,2007 onwards till
7th January,2008 at13.00hrs the closing date for submission
of tenders and tenders will be opened at 16.00hrs on the
same day
