10. INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

In a competitive business environment, the use of Industrial Design to create

new products and improve existing ones acts as a strategic management tool.
Good Design can generate new products and services and improve profitability of industries that invest in such research and design.

In order to recognise the use of good design a format for such recognition will be developed through planned exhibitions in successful design initiatives undertaken by industry.
