            Subject: Filing of criminal complaint under section 24 read with section 29B (2A)/(2D) of the I(D&R) Act, 1951 against M/s. Dharam Pal Satya Pal Limited a large unit manufacturing Ground and processed spices an item reserved for manufacture in the SSI sector – regarding.

            Please refer to your letter No. EI-1(1)/2005(Part)/2091 dated 31.10.2005 on the above mentioned subject forwarding therewith your report about the manufacturing activities of M/s. Dharam Pal Satya Pal Limited after its merger with M/s. D.S. Food Ltd. in pursuance of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi order dated 7.8.2003.

            With the approval of Additional Secretary to Government of India and Development Commissioner (SSI), you are hereby directed to file a criminal complaint against M/s. Dharam Pal Satya Pal Limited under section 24 read with section 29B (2A)/(2D) of the I(D&R) Act, 1951 since it has been established from your report that M/s. Dharam Pal Satya Pal Limited is manufacturing reserved items even after merger of M/s. D.S. Foods Ltd. with them. . 

            An immediate action in the matter may be initiated and progress of this case communicated from time to time.
